Artisan goat and cow cheeses - Raymond, NE Charuth and Krista produce and sell cheese at their cooperatively owned and operated farmstead cheese plant. Charuth, from ShadowBrook Farm’s Dutch Girl Creamery, offers a variety of artisan goat cheeses that include: fresh Chévre (plain and herbed varieties), soft-ripened Natalie in Grey (ash covered), Belle Sabine (goat brie) and hard cheeses (feta and Manchego).
